Oh no I cannot make it this time le lah :(

As some of you may already know, there are some problems with the class jersey thing.

Firstly, I would like to emphasise that we placed order on 20th March, so the problem is not due to procrastination.

BUT BUT BUT, after we placed order, the shop called and said there was not enough stock for the red-and-white design we chose. The so-called SIMILAR alternative design they offered us over the phone is also red-and-white BUT it's damn ugly (OOPS). It's just a white shirt with 2 red stripes at the side =.=

So, we asked them to hold our order 1st and this explains why we have not gotten our jerseys :(

APOLOGIES for the delay! I'll settle this ASAP but not so soon cos' I may need to make another trip down to the shop to search for another design pleasing to the eye at least =/

Lastly, REST ASSURED YOUR MONEY IS SAFE. The class jerseys will be ready before the next event which requires us to wear them.

1. cover page (of quality)
2. content page (pls arrange the file in order, either newest on top or at the bottom, or by term. It's also recommended to include file dividers, but it's strictly optional =)
3. include all the TUTORIALS, ASSIGNMENTS, CLASS QUIZ and LECTURE TESTS inside.( dun hav to file ur chem notes inside)
tt's all! pls hand it in lastest by next Tuesday, before chem tutorial. Hopefully i'll get a black file for u all tmr.

hello guys!! this post is regarding the chem SPA on mon. Although this may be a bit repetitive since we have done a physics SPA alrdy, just to remind yourself once again lah.
Instructions to candidates:
1. be punctual-be in the lab 15 mins b4 the starting of the paper
2. check the seating arrangement which will be pinned outside the laboratory
3. no hp or any other communicative devices r allowed
4. take out pencil case n identitfication passes b4 u enter
5. all bags placed at the front of the lab
6. u will be issued label tags, pls pin them on the left hand corner of ur shirt
7. u hav 10 mins to check the apparatus/reagent list and wash all the necessary apparatus
8. the duration of the paper is 45 min
9. write full name, index no and class on the script
10. u r not allowed to use correction tape
11. use black or blue ink for writing purpose, pencil is only allowed when drawing of tables/diagrams
12. any actual or suspected case of dishonesty by a candidate will be investigated n dealt wif seriously

IT KEEPS GETTING STUCK SOMEWHERE.
so me and celine have decided on this.

either me/celine will pass dwn the class msg to
no. 1, 6, 11, 16 and 20

then the first person will the pass down to the second and so on.
so this will be the scenario.

1-2-3-5 (cause am no.4)
6-7-8-9-10

1 and 6 will rcv the class msg frm CELINE.

11-12-13-14-15
16-17-18-19-20
21-22-23-24-25

no. 11,16 and 21 will rcv the msg frm YIWEI.

then the last person of the mini grp will sms back to the first person.
and the first person will sms back to either celine/me.

soooo, example:
10 sms back to 6,
6 sms back to CELINE.
25 sms back to 21,
21 sms back to YIWEI.

Class jersey is officially in the making~! The design will be RED and white with white as the base, so we can wear on national day. LOL. The numbers and names(applicable to all but HW) will be in black. Price is S$18.00 but submit S$20.00 to ME on monday. The change will go to class fund=D BETTER PAY UP OR ER... I'LL HAUNT U FOREVER LOL.

Birthday Gift System

Yiwei and I have come up with the COOLEST idea ever! LOL =.=

We thought probably we can have a 5C31 Gift Box, with many many many specimen notes inside.

The amounts range from $1 to $5.

As for $1, a picture of a $1 coin will be printed on a rectangular note so people can't CHEAT by 'feeling' for notes. HAHAHAHAHA.

Of course, the number of $1 > $2 > $5.

Initially we thought of putting stuff like stationery and chocolates inside. BUT BUT BUT it is difficult to keep chocolates in a box for a whole year =.= ALL WE WILL GET IS CHOCOLATE FUDGE. LOL. And if someone drops the box containing pens, we can all say BYEBYE to the pen inks =D

Oh yeah, before I forget, birthday babies are supposed to pick their "$" from the box and that "$" will be theirs! WOOHOO~ BUT BUT BUT it's bad to give money to people? So maybe the class can use that money to errrrrr buy something for the baby? O.o IDEAS PLEASE T.T

Hello everybody!!!
This is the first time that i'm blogging here. Well, this week is the march holidays but sadly, it is only a week which is really meaninglless.. Looking at the list of work that needs to be done, i feel sick and it makes me wonder who would be so sadistic to deprive us from the much needed rest that we deserve. For the past four years i had always been looking forward to the march holidays as there would be annual camps from my CCA which are really fun, but there's nothing much to look forward to this year. i guess i've got no life.. Anyway, i hope everybody will spend their week meaningfully and remember to rest well too.

CONGRATS IT'S THE LAST LESSON DAY OF THE TERM! we've conquered 3 months of continuous studying and hardship and tiredness and weariness and stress and illnesses. after kaleidoscope tmr, it'll finally be the holidays!

BUT

this is just the beginning. =O we still gotta work hard (or harder) for the rest of the year. JIAYOU! im sure we can all do it with the lamers and jokers in our class to help relieve stress(: kudos to yiwei celine and yanchyng of the class comm and of course the teachers who have guided us patiently and critically.

ANNOUNCEMENT : Class Jersey

Since designing a Class Tee takes time and saps our brain juices, Yiwei and I suggest that we make a Class Jersey instead. Any violent objections, do raise them up! =D

I went to check out the outlet at Queensway Shopping Centre from which 5C41 bought their Class Tee & Jersey and yep, no phototaking is allowed so I can only describe what I remember :/

1. Brand

FBT/Adidas?

FBT : Highly recommended due sizes available and cutting (especially for girls as I believe most of us need XS/S/M)

Adidas : Not really recommended due to inavailability of sizes (their S is equivalent to the usual M/L and the maximum no. of S they can sell us is 13 --- so if we don't want to look as if we're wearing pajamas... =.= YEP =D)

*They don't sell Nike jerseys as the prints are not as long-lasting on Nike jersey material.

2. Design / Colour

*I only remembered the FBT ones =X

Basically, there are only 2 designs which are more acceptable. HAHA.

Design 1 (NEW) : Sleeve of Colour A, main tee of Colour B, 2 stripes of Colour B on each sleeve

--> Combination 1 : Colour A - Orange ; Colour B - White

--> Combination 2 : Colour A - Red ; Colour B - White [Can wear on National Day]

--> Combination 3 : Colour A - White ; Colour B - Black

*Combination 2 is the nicest but it;s kind of GAY for guys lah =.= But Combination 3 is too boyish for girls. So maybe we can have different ones for both genders? [But kind of not like a 'class' eh? o.O]

Design 2 : Similar to Design 1, plus an additional curved line near the top at the back which stretched from one end to the other

(Looks some sort like a gentle hill) HEH =/

---> Combination 1 : Black sleeve, white tee

3. Price

Estimated : $17-$19

here's some new gossip (nt realy gossip but some gay stuff ) :

During this particular lecture kimbaba decides to show her artistic talent by drawing on my lecture note =_= . The small tiny thingy that you all see in the picture is kimbaba the fly. The two frogs on the right are celine and i (kim claims tat we are frog). OKay this is how the story goes...

i was planning to catch kimbaba the fly and give it to celine as food cus she's too old and lazy to go find her own food.( She even has a jumping stick). Kimbaba decides to call robinhood for help but robinnoob came instead. When robinnoob shoots her arrow at the frog, due to her lousy aiming she killed kimbaba. POor kimbaba!!!

Wow i'm almost as lame as celine le :D

Just realised it's my turn to blog this week. So i shall start with something that is on everyone's mind:

MAS SELAMAT KASTARI

please do not make fun of his name, though i know it's tempting to link it to selamat hari raya or something. He's a TERRORIST. We should all be have a sense of URGENCY about his escape. I believe everyone have received his photo is your mobile phones(i just received mine today afternoon =O). Please do not upload it to the com and edit his photo and make it look like a clown and put it as your msn dp. MESSAGE FROM POLICE: please dial 999 and report if u see this muslim guy, relatively short (158cm, though still taller than most girls in our class) and most distinctively, lame in the left foot. You WILL be a national hero if you spot him correctly.

you all may wonder why Im so seriously about this. this is because I THINK I SAW HIM ON THE MRT TODAY. As i board the mass rapid transit from buona vista station at around 3pm, i notice this suspicious looking man on board in the same cabin. He was wearing a certain coloured tee(canot rmb the colour) with blue jeans that seems slightly tattered and torn. the cap on his head was distinctively one only a muslim will wear. As i stared at him, i noticed he was sleeping, or maybe, acting asleep as he was fidgeting whenever the train vibrated. the first impression came upon me: MAS SELAMAT KASTARI. i whispered to my comrade beside me to notify him about my assumption. He LAUGHED at me. Undeterred, i borrowed my friend's hp and have a second look at the handsome image of MAS SELAMAT. BINGO. The two faces matched like soyabean and youtiao. at least to me it IS alike. moreover i noticed that his legs are relatively short as it barely touched the floor of the mrt while sitting down. i was still highly suspicious of that guy and kept quiet throughout the journey while my friends chatted about bleach and d-gray man and naruto. i decided to myself that the only way to prove his true identity is to wait till he alights.

Finally at LAVANDER STATION, he stood up. Just as i thought, he IS short(but still taller than celine and yiwei lalala). he edged towards the door. i couldn't catch a glimpse of how he's walking so dozens of commuters rush down the train. as the train door shuts, i suddenly noticed on the corner of my yes that-yes indeed-that guy waas LIIIIIMMMMPPPPINGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Alarmed, i immediately acknowledge my comrade abt my great discovery. but guess what, he LAUGHED at me AGAIN and continued talking abt bleach d-grey man and naruto.

till now, im still pondering about the probability and likelihood that the guy was indeed mas selamat. but it was indeed an unbelievable experience. nevertheless, despite the fact that the terrorist may still be prevalently "close" to us everyday, one can safely conclude that our police force will do their utmost best to instill security. hence we can be assured that the terrorist will not launch an attack on citizens anytime soon, not to mention crash a plane into changi airport.

hope this post will be raise your awareness on the possible adversities we face.
